We provide daily
scheduled activities for both children and adults. You will find a copy of the
Resort News Splash & Activities Guide in your villa upon
arrival.
Attractions Tickets
Information.
Our Attractions,
Transportation & Dining Desk in the Reception Center has attractions
tickets for sale including Sea World of Florida®; Cypress Gardens®; UNIVERSAL
Orlando®; Wet 'n Wild® and many others. You can also purchase many of these
tickets prior to your arrival through our online concierge service. We will
need at least 72 hours prior to your arrival to process your order and have it
ready for you. The special discount pricing offered through this online
concierge is only available by purchasing your tickets in advance. This
discount pricing is not available at either resort's onsite Guest Services.
Shuttle bus service between the Resort and the Disney parks is available daily
from in front of the Resort Reception Center.
Babysitting
Service.
The Attractions,
Transportation & Dining Desk can arrange babysitting services that will
come directly to your villa. These services currently charge $8.50 per hour per
child (4 hour minimum), with a $1.00 per hour additional charge for each
additional child. Other charges apply for combined families. There is also a
$7.00 transportation fee charge per time.
Banking.
A cash machine (ATM) is
available at the General Store. The Attractions, Transportation & Dining
Desk located in the Reception Center offers foreign currency exchange services
for a small fee.
Bike
Rentals.
Main Activities Center 7
a.m. - dusk. $3.00 an hour or $8.00 all day.
Business
Services.
A facsimile communication
machine for receipt and transmission of documents and a photocopier are
available through the Front Desk.
Check in/Check out
Time.
To assist you in making
your travel plans, please note that check-in time is after 4 p.m.; check-out
time is 10 a.m. If your travel schedule does not coincide with our check-in or
check-out times, the Front Desk staff will be happy to store your luggage while
you make use of our recreational facilities. For your convenience, we also have
facilities to store perishable items.
Copy
Service.
Copy service is available
through the Front Desk. The first 10 pages are at no charge with 10 cents per
page thereafter.
Credit
Cards.
The Resort Front Desk,
the General Store and all food and beverage outlets honor VISA, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express and Diners Club credit cards. A convenient courtesy
card which may be used at facilities throughout the Resort is also available by
simply establishing credit at the time of check in or any time during a
stay.
Cribs, High Chairs,
and Rollaways.
Cribs and high chairs are
available to rental guests and RCI exchange guests for a nominal fee of $10 for
duration of stay. There is no charge to Sheraton`s Vistana Resort owners for
the use of cribs and/or high chairs. Rollaways are available to rental guests
and RCI exchange guests for a nominal fee of $10.00 a night; and $5.00 a night
for owners.
Fax
Service.
A facsimile machine is
available for guest use at the Front Desk. The cost is $5.00 for the first page
and $2.00 for each page thereafter. There is no charge for the cover sheet or
to receive faxes. The Resort's telephone number for incoming faxes is
407-239-3111.
Fitness
Facilities.
For those of you who want
to stay in shape during your vacation, we have three fitness facilities located
in the Falls Clubhouse (second floor), the Cascades Recreation Centers and in
the Fountains Recreation Center. Ages 18 and up (shirts and shoes required).
Complimentary locker keys are available at the Main Activities Centers and the
Fountains Recreation Center.
Massage
Therapy.
Rejuvenate yourself after
visiting the attractions by treating yourself to a massage by one of Vistana's
on-staff licensed massage therapists. Cost is $35.00 for half-hour and $60.00
for one hour. Fountains Recreation Center.
Sauna and Steam
Rooms.
The rooms are located at
the Springs and Fountains Recreation Centers. Fitness facility access keys may
be picked up daily for use at the fitness centers located in the following
locations: Falls Clubhouse, Fountains, & Cascades Rec. Centers.
Tanning.
Available in the
Fountains Recreation Center. Call Ext. 4640 for an appt. $7.00 for 1 visit.

Tennis Racquet
Rentals.
We offer 13 lighted
tennis courts available from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. Tennis Racquet
Stringing is available by a USRSA certified professional in our Tennis Pro
Shop.

Run.
The villas at Sheraton
Vistana Resort offer all the luxuries a resort home should have, including a
living room with a sleeper sofa, an entertainment center, and a color TV in
each bedroom. All villas feature a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining
area, and breakfast bar with seating for two, while some may have a whirlpool
bath in the master suite and a screened terrace.

deposit boxes are available at our Front Desk 24 hours a day.
Shopping & Gifts
Available at the Resort.
The General Store offers
convenient one-stop shopping for all your vacation needs including: fresh
fruits, vegetables and dairy products, frozen foods, fresh-from-the-oven-baked
goods, beer, wine and liquor. Also available: overnight color print film
developing, sun products, pharmacy items, swim and resort wear, a wide variety
of gift items including Disney souvenirs and toys, ladies' and men's apparel,
magazines, post cards, postage stamps, batteries, and more. An ATM cash machine
is available at the General Store.
Valet.
Laundry and valet dry
cleaning service are available through the Front Desk.
Video Movie
Rental.
All villas feature a
video tape player. More than 500 of the latest and most popular titles are
available for rental at the General Store, Flamingo Cafe and the Springs
Recreation Center. Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards
accepted.
